Here's a few Pictures of a Project I've Completed.

Wood ~ CHERRY
Somewhere in this stack on Lumber is an Entertainment Center !
2 Units, plus a Light Bridge to accomodate a Large Screen TV.
There's another Stack that's out of Sight.
2 days ~ Cutting Panels & rabbiting dados for shelves/drawer slides, Sanding.
Below is 1 of the 2 Boxes assemblied and Trimed.
The lower opening gets a Raised Panel Door and the Opening above
it gets a Glass Door with an arched Top w/2 Adjustable Shelves.
The opening on the Side is for Drawer Slides to store CD's & DVD's. 7 each Cabinet.
The opening at the top is for display and will be lighted.
1 day ~ Sanding & drilling 168 holes for Adj Shelves.
1 day ~ Planing, cutting & sanding cherry for face frames & veining corner trim.
1 Day ~ Finishing face frame, making 3-D dental molding & Applying Crown
1 Day Build 2nd Box & apply face frame
~ 1 Day Make Dental Molding and apply; Add Crown & construct & Install Bridge Shelf.

~ 1 Day to make Bridge, cut end unit backs & Bridge Back

Back's Cut to size, but not installed.
The Sun's Setting & its 5:30 on a Friday; I Quit !!!
I'm going to spend my weekend Sewing !
Next week...Doors & Shelves w/ Glides for CD's or DVD's.
Finish Sanding & Fill Nail Holes
The following week...2 Coats of Stain, Shoot 4 Coats of Lacquer,
Final assembly (mount doors, install CD/DVD Racks, Hardware & Lights).

16 Shelves ~ Cut-out & Add Front Detail, Sand.
6 Doors ~ Cut out Stiles & Rails, make template for Arched Top, Make 6 Raised Panels, Assemble, Sand.
2 Arches ~ Detail Added to Openings at Top.
Pre-assembly of Doors, Drill & Mount Euro-hinges.
Right Unit Shown w/Adj Shelves ~ Mirror Image of Left Unit.
Raised Panel & Door Detail.
Finished E-Center
Media Trays for CD's, DVD's & VCR Tapes.
~ 2 Days Staining;
~ 2.5 Days Shooting 4 Coats of Lacquer;
~ 1.5 Days Assembling; Hanging Doors; Cutting Glass for Doors;
Wiring Lights; Installing Media Trays & Final Touch-up.
~ 18 ~ Days . . . Start to Finish !!!
